With invasions coming in from everyone from Hannibal to the Moors, Salamanca is a vibrant university city in West Spain which is full of historical attractions. Today, we’d like to talk about the cream of the crop when it comes to our apartments in Salamanca – the Casa Lis apartment.

It’s all about location, location, location, they say, and in terms of setting it would be hard to find better than this. Right in the centre of Salamanca, the Casa Lis apartment is a stone’s throw from the famous University, and affords views of the toweringly gothic12th – 14th century Old Cathedral and the stunning Art Nouveau Casa Lis Museum. You also overlook the Roman Bridge, a 1st century construction which, despite the amount of feet which have trampled it over the centuries, remains in nearly pristine condition. Despite Salamanca’s notoriously lively and fun nightlife, then, you’re sure to absorb some its culture by osmosis, no matter how you end up spending your time here.
