Milan to face Barça in Champions League Quarter Final 2012-13
In a repeat of last year’s Champions League Quarter Final, Spanish giants Barcelona F.C will face Calcio heavyweights A.C Milan to see who will make it through to the semis.
The first leg between Milan and Barça will be played in San Siro on February 20, it will be an opportunity for current Milan forward Bojan Krkic to play against his old club. The return leg will be played in Camp Nou on 12 March.
Barcelona, current la Liga leaders, came top of Group G in the early rounds of the Champions League and is one of the favourites to take out this year’s title. Meanwhile their Italian counterparts Milan, despite the great season of their striker Stephan El Shaarawy, are struggling in the Italian domestic competition. Despite this it is club with a lot of tradition and no less than seven European Championships in their possession. In football anything is possible… will Milan be able to surprise the favourites, Barça?
