Even though it might not be your dish of choice, it’s worth eating because it brings prosperity for the year ahead. After dinner, head over to one of the city’s free concerts. There’s a classical concert in Piazza del Quirinale and you’ll find music all night in the Circus Maximus, Fori Imperali, Piazza de Santa Maria in Trastevere and the Piazza del Popolo.
