Gay tapas bars in Granada
Granada is one of the best destinations in the European Union and no only for its architecture, the Alhambra and tapas, but also for its lively and chilled-out night life suitable for all tastes. In Granada, not only are there mainstream and independent places, but also the “scene” is slowly gaining ground and there are an increasing number of bars, clubs, and pubs specially for the gay public that offer a really good night out. Thus, here is a small guide of the most popular bars on the “scene” in the city of the red monument.
Burana: Good music, great atmosphere and very close to the centre. Address: 4, Calle Obispo Hurtado
El Reca: El Reca is one of the most well-known bars in Granada. A good place for tapas. The tables outside extend on to Plaza Trinidad, a pleasant place to relax for a little while. Address: Plaza de Trinidad
La Tortuga: Delicious food and lots of choice. Bar with a really pleasant atmosphere, although quite small. The best thing is the variety of tapas they offer in the evening. Address: 48, Calle Elvira
La Budinka: A unique bar in Granada thanks to its spectacular decoration as well as its wine, and local food. Address: 14, Calle San Matías
