Antic Casino-As the name suggests this restaurant can be found in the old casino and features an incredible leafy terrace with views of the Emporda and mountains. The perfect place to sit back and enjoy a wonderful family lunch of rice and lobster, local grown steak or fresh caught seafood.
Restaurant La Vila– A family run restaurant in the heart of Pals offering good local cuisine at prices that won’t bruise the wallet. Great atmosphere combined with good food make this a great choice for families. Just make sure you reserve your table because it does get busy.
Beaches near Pals
The rocky shores, coves and cliffs of the Costa Brava give way to a wide expanse of golden sand of Pals beach. Over 3km long this wide beach is relatively under developed, thanks to the giant aerials of Radio Liberty used to broadcast propaganda during the Cold War. It is the perfect family beach with plenty of fun activities for the kids and good selection of bars and restaurants for the parents. When the wind is blowing you can enjoy windsurfing and kite surfing. Boat trips to the nearby Medes Islands are also offered.

Explore the Town- As you would imagine in a medieval town there are plenty of fascinating historical sights to explore. Dominating the village is the Romanesque Tower more commonly known as the Tower of Hours. Nex t to the tower is the Josep Pla lookout offering magnificent views of the surrounding countryside. Other points of interest in Pals are the Gothic quarter complete with medieval walls and the Sant Pere church built in 944.
Play Golf- If you’re one of these people who delight in ruining a good walk with a game of golf, you are in luck. You have the choice of not but two golf courses on the Costa Brava to choose from, Golf Serres de Pals and Golf Platja de Pals.
