Miami International Boat Show 2013-01-15
Never ending beaches, luxury yachts, coconut palms and high rise building overlooking the sea all spring to mind when we mention Miami. It comes as no surprise then that the Miami International Boat Show is one of the biggest and most prestigious in the United States. This year it takes place from 14-18 of February.
The latest tendencies and novelties of the nautical market will be showcased at the Miami International Boat Show by numerous experts in the nautical sector. Five days will be wholly devoted to watercraft of all kinds: yachts, sailing boats, dinghies, rowboats in fact there will more than 3.000 boats of all kinds and more than 2.000 businesses participating in the show.
The Miami International Boat Show is the perfect opportunity to see the latest up to date models from the different boat manufacturers and get all kinds of nautical equipment, clothing and navigation instruments. If you love the sea and boating then this is an opportunity not to be missed.
A great range of activities round out the Miami International Boat Show, a show which celebrates life on the sea: seminars, sport fishing and navigation workshops, live music, gifts, competitions and diving courses are only a few of the activities on offer.
The Miami International Boat Show 2013 will be held in three different locations:
- Miami Beach Convention Centre, where the main exhibitors will be and where the majority of activities will take place.
- Miamarina in Bayside will host “Strictly Sail”, dedicated exclusively to sailboats, catamarans and navigation equipment.
- Sea Isle Marina will host “The New Yacht and Power Boat Show”, where yachts and power boats will be on display. Access to this event is free.
Entrance fee for the Miami International Boat Show 2013 is $20-$35 depending on the day and a five-day pass costs $85. Entrance for those under-15 is free.
